We Want You to Love Your Purchase!

At m'bellish, we're committed to helping you find pieces that make you feel confident and uniquely you. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Online Returns

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.To qualify for a return, items must be:

 

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order number or receipt

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are uniquely created or customized, the following items are final sale:

  • Hand-embellished apparel
  • Custom embroidery or monogrammed items
  • Personalized or special-order merchandise
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories (including hats, scarves, handbags, and hair accessories)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale merchandise

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we shipped the incorrect item.We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as m'bellish cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@mbellishomaha.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities and one-of-a-kind inventory, we generally do not offer direct exchanges.If you'd like a different size or item, simply return your eligible purchase for store credit and place a new order.
