Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom, embroidered, monogrammed, or hand-embellished items may require additional production time. Estimated production times will be noted on the product page whenever possible.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $8.99
  • Express Shipping: $15.00
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $200 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Canada

  • We proudly ship to Canada.
  • Shipping rates are discounted and calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by Canadian customs.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Canada: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

If you're local to Omaha, Nebraska, you may select Free In-Store Pickup during checkout.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, weather events, holidays, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. m'bellish is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
